even K-Mart is going to be OPEN. Black Thursday is the new Black Friday.

No, NO  [ Sun Sep 26 2010 2:50 PM ]

You need to tell me it's no big deal to wait! Not that it's awesome and any sane person would own it already. Geez. Actually, I forgot to factor firefight into my calculations. I heard bad things the ODST version (hours long games), but now it's supposed to be fixed & it's part of the game I want to check out. Resolve ... weakening ...

Inceptionauts  [ Tue Sep 14 2010 10:20 AM ]

The great thing about using Psychonauts for an Inception mashup is that the final product doesn't stray far from the game itself (which is more enjoyable than inception in lots of ways, though both tend to break down in the platforming):

If I'd been drinking milk at the time  [ Mon Sep 13 2010 7:26 PM ]

this would've sent it straight out my nose.

"I'm rubber, you're Gyne-Lotrimin; whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to a vagina."

You ever check out Gravity Bone?  [ Mon Aug 16 2010 11:31 AM ]

I mention because it's based on Quake2 tech (it took me 5 minutes or so to complete, and maybe 30 or so to stop being all aflutter over it): good writeup at RPS, and game is (free) at Blendo.

can suck, yeah. I've had problems with voice communication a lot, but lately we've been switching to Skype, and that works very well.

Yeah, a Core 2 Duo. What are you playing Oblivion on?

Got it!  [ Tue Jul 27 2010 7:12 PM ]

It turns out that disabling multi-core processing cleared the hitching up. Phew.

Good catfish po boy  [ Wed Aug 11 2010 10:11 PM ]

It was enormous and delicious. Also really decent bread. I think they must've found Le Paris French Bakery, which is sort of amazing for a small shop when a much more upscale place like O'Niell's is only one step to the right of wonderbread for their cheesesteak/french dip.
