CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMINGAre you a professional custom picture framer dreaming of operating your own custom frame shop in Albuquerque but you lack complete equipment and critically, the proper production and retail/gallery space? If so, we may be a fit. We operate a production framing company for pre-framed art in Albuquerque. Due to management's travel requirements, seasonal nature of our products, and limited staffing we currently do not keep regular retail/gallery hours at our centrally-located production/retail/gallery space near UNM thereby under-utilizing our facility. The right applicant will sub-lease and manage our production space (and equipment) and keep regular gallery hours (TBD based on your schedule). The right applicant will earn sales commission on our pre-framed art and production contracts to produce our various framed products. Benefits include worker's compensation insurance, guaranteed production contracts, professional equipment, a clean, safe and well lit work environment and a flexible yet consistent work schedule that you design. We have yet to open to the public so your input regarding local marketing and your ability to help “control our message/branding” will be valued. Your success is our success. This is not a franchise opportunity and the initial deposit/lease is very reasonable (under current real estate market value). Criminal backround, credit check, resume reflecting picture framing expertise required. Send resume including phone number and email to Robb: email@example.com
