This juvenile reboot of the '80s teen cop drama from FOX dumps nostalgia in favor of raunchy comedy. Unfortunately, it comes up with few clever ideas--aside from endless references to male anatomy. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum play the fat nerdy cop and the dumb jock cop, respectively.
