Step Up Revolution

Nothing says "revolutionary" like the fourth film in a mildly popular hip-hop dance series. Like Step Up, Step Up 2: The Streets and Step Up 3D, Step Up Revolution spotlights a story about a sexy, classically trained dancer (Kathryn McCormick from "So You Think You Can Dance") who meets a hunky street dancer (first-timer Ryan Guzman) and learns to get down with her bad self. To make things sillier this time around, the girl's dad is a developer whose real estate project threatens the neighborhood of the funky, fresh dance crew kids. Yes, old timers: That is the exact same plot as Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. 97 minutes PG-13.
