Aaron Paul ("Breaking Bad") and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim vs. The World) star in this dramedy about an alcoholic couple whose marriage bonds are tested when she decides to go sober. This unsensationalized, one-day-at-a-time portrait of love and booze is refreshingly free of melodrama, soapiness and hardcore depression. Low-key, humorous and convincingly realistic, the film (and more importantly, the lead actress) never wears out its welcome. 85 minutes R.
