Brad Pitt is a mob enforcer, hired to restore order after three idiots knock over an underground poker game. Ray Liotta, Sam Shepard and James Gandolfini costar in this jet-black crime comedy. Of course, the last time Pitt and Gandolfini starred together in a crime comedy, it was 2001's forgettable The Mexican. This one's based on the book by George V. Higgins and directed by the guy who gave us Chopper and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, so it's definitely a step up. 97 minutes R.
