when the pizza comes out of the oven. Also it takes forever for them to make your pizza. I agree it's the best though. Bring a bottle of Dion's ranch with you when you visit.
I've had here, hands down. The closest thing you'll get to truly being "New York style," which every restaurant claims to be but doesn't really deliver on.
