It's hard not to love Pasqual's, what with the bright Mexican tiles, tantalizing Latin-American menu and friendly service. The place is especially busy for weekend breakfast, when a line can form down the block. But don't give up; tell the hostess you're willing to sit at the big oak community table, where locals and tourists share copies of the morning paper and talk about how much they love living here or would love to live here.
