Ever had a “caramale”? It’s like a Payday candy bar, only adorable and New Mexican. Santa Fe’s Señor Murphy Candymakers fashions the little "tamales" out of vanilla fudge, caramel and piñon. Each one gets wrapped up in an itty-bitty corn husk and finished off with a couple of ribbons. All of the goodies here are picture perfect and range from chile creams to fudges, organic chocolates to sugar-free sweets. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)
