Rasoi’s decor is attention-grabbing—hot-orange walls, billowing curtains, shining silver mirrors, glittering tapestries and a gorgeous, bejeweled orb lamp in the middle of the dining room. And the food is equally resplendent. When vegetarians sleep, they’d do well to dream of sabz-e-bahar’s savory stewed vegetables in a spicy tomato-and-onion sauce, or the thick, creamy chana dal (lentil) soup, fragrant with fresh cilantro and ginger. Chicken makhani translates as “butter chicken,” and it lives up to the comparison. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)

Indian Restaurant in town. Their dishes have more aromatics and intense flavor than the others and they also have menu items you won't find elsewhere. Some people don't like the idea that you have to pay extra for rice, but there are many kinds of rice to choose from so it's fun and definitely worth it.
