Chef Kimberly Calvo now owns the Seasonal Palate food truck where she dishes up some of the best grub in town. Wednesdays you can usually find her at the Talin Market parking lot, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. where I regularly seek out her oyster or shrimp po' boys with a side of fries. But her variable menu features other delicacies including Thai green curry, a savory chicken salad, and falafel served with house-made tzatziki. Her catering business features these and other upscale dishes for mouth-watering events.
