    Some Chuck Norris DVD with a dog on it. I don't remember what I did with it...but it put everything else to shame!

    The year my mother gave me the gift that I'd given her the previous year. She "thought I'd like it."

    We now have a policy- if I get her something she doesn't want, she tells me right away. It's much better that way, and if there are any hard feelings, it's not a surprise.
