80% of these parents are wrong. If you want to play Russian Roulette with those odds and not allow your kids access to condoms then you're a wreckless and selfish parent. Some would even argue abusive by way of neglect.

Sorry, I couldn't resist....I know, I know, it is a "bark spider". Damn Madagascar is always trying to one up the rest of the world with its cool animals/plants/insects. Ok and the thing that really bothered me about the APS Condom story was that the school board member sounded dumber than the parent!!! His reasoning was that condoms have "pores" that viruses can get thru, so we shouldn't promote them at all because kids having sex without condoms is a much better alternative than them having sex with a condom??? Oh wait, he doesn't want kids to have sex at all...HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAH!
