It was even "was not too terribly high off the ground" when I saw it, too. Though at the time I didn't realize it was, in fact, a pterosaur. Mostly because it wasn't nearly as big as I would have thought — I literally could have held about 20 of them in one hand. And it had this hard, chitinous covering all over it's body. It wasn't very dinosaury at all. It was more like a bug. But I'm glad I read that blog post which confirms that it was a glowing pterosaur instead of the firefly I had mistaken it for.
