Longtime Albuquerque favorite Ridha Bouajila is back making Moroccan, Tunisian and Mediterranean specialties like tagine and bastilla. He’s over in that spot at Central and Monroe that’s perpetually haunted by short-lived restaurants like Guicho’s, Don Yasmany Cuban Restaurant and Bakery and Country Vittles ... and remember Punjab? Here’s hoping Kasbah bucks the trend. And from the sounds of it, Bouajila will.
