There is a reason why May Cafe wins "Best Vietnamese" every year in the Alibi: it's absolutely the best in town! This place has an long history with Albuquerque (just ask the sweet family who owns it) and has consistent food quality. The friendly service always checks on me to make sure i'm doing ok too which assures me that they are giving quality service. I love the spring rolls (both the regular and grilled beef with herbs) and always have cravings for them!! my favorite is the rice noodle bowl with chicken and curry and fresh veggies. The ingredients are always fresh and it's the perfect light but filling meal. Their soups are also very fantastic. I've never been disappointed with any dish I pick and always end back here after I've tried other vietnamese places in town. Easily my best pick for Vietnamese food in Albuquerque.
