hmm [ Fri Jul 8 2011 1:40 PM ]
A lot of direct copy and pasting going on up in here. "...variety of specialty foods, including Afghani walnuts, pine nuts, pasta, pickles, seasonings and spices." - Mina "...variety of specialty foods, including Afghani walnuts, pine nuts, pasta, pickles, seasonings and spices." - [link] "The meals highlight Afghan cuisine, known for savory basmati rice dishes, tender lamb and chicken kebabs, and a variety of dumplings and pasta dishes." - Mina "Afghan cuisine is known for savory basmati rice dishes, tender lamb and chicken kabobs and a variety of dumplings and pasta dishes." -[link]
what you had [ Mon Feb 28 2011 6:31 PM ]
was a variation on Carne Asada Fries [link] which are a big thing in San Diego. Poutine doesn't seem like the best comparison. It's more like nachos but on fries. Heck I would say they have more in common with Chili Cheese Fries than they do with Poutine. I do realize I'm nitpicking on variations of junk food but really a little research on the background of the cuisine and restaurants reviewed might be a good thing in the future. They would at least make for a more informed and intelligent read. Last edited [2/28/11 6:41 PM]

The original art work is by Miss Mel Kadel. Although I doubt she had anything to do with the making of the flyer. Stealing art is no bueno. Last edited [7/10/10 12:57 AM] |
