Suspicious Defined  [ Thu Nov 29 2012 1:19 PM ]

Ironicus--

Actually RB was represented by current city of Albuquerque Chief Administrative Officer Rob Perry who used to office out of the Kennedy/Han office building. And dropping you as a client because of some issue with the ADA is analogous to JFK accepting mob favors when he was the President....huh? How does that work?

The basic facts remain: A woman died under very suspicious circumstances, the very agency which responds to the scene has endless conflicts of interests with her, that agency's top leaders contaminate the scene and violate laws at the scene, diamond rings go missing, dept leaders take cell phone pictures at the scene, and her law "partner" stands by and permits this all to happen...

I wonder, if lawyer Sam Bregman were to be found deceased, would APD have responded the same way?

Inconsistent at best, and at worst....  [ Thu Oct 20 2011 3:21 PM ]

DC Feist should know a lot about contaminating crime scenes--he's done it himself. He was one of the deputy chiefs gawking at the scene where Mary Han was found. No constructive purpose to be there whatsoever and by doing so he and the others aggravated an already complex scene.

And this gem..."If there was no discipline for somebody, that obviously means there was no SOP violation." So if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is there to hear it, it didn't fall? No wonder there are so many issues at APD.....
