Stephen Magli took the matter of underfunded after-school programs into his own hands. Collaborating with the Octopus and the Fox gallery, he's organized a one- night silent auction / art show / concert scheduled for Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. Local indie rocker frontman Adam Hooks (of Adam Hooks & His Hangups) is headlining with a kid-friendly solo set.
