Friday, Nov 4: Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead

Remember when you said the only things missing from Charles Schultz' lovable Peanuts comics were sex, drugs and teenage suicide? Well it's your lucky day, because Bert V. Royal Jr. overheard your conversation 10 years ago and wrote Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead, which won the 2004 GLAAD Media Award and the 2006 HX Award for Best Play. Come watch "CB" and the gang get up to their usual hijinks of drug use, suicide, eating disorders, teen violence, rebellion and sexual identity crises in a play intended for mature audiences (13 and up) Nov. 4-13, at Rodey Theatre at UNM. We definitely didn't get enough of that in high school. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the show kicks off at 7:30pm, otherwise on Sundays it begins at 2pm.
