Event Horizon

Second Star to the Right

Wednesday, Dec 7: Stargazing Night

It may seem like a giant leap to get to the Sandia Mountain Natural History Center this Wednesday, Dec. 7, by 6pm, but it's actual a small step (or rather, a short drive) for you and your family. Don't miss out on stargazing with astronomers from the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science and The Albuquerque Astronomical Society. Hang with the most knowledgeable locals to learn more about stars, constellations and other things in the night sky (Is that a satellite you see every night or just a UFO?) for a donation. If the gods decide that we shouldn't see the sky Wednesday night, you can always jet over to UNM for The Albuquerque Astronomical Society's Friday Nights at the UNM Observatory.
