sounds cool, i might come down check it out. will there be vegetarian hot dogs or anything for us herbivores besides candy & ice cream? :)
Our Food Engineers are working on a way to use soybeans after they're crushed to yield vegetable oil. While most of the leftover soy meal is often used for animal feed, we have determined that quite a bit of marketable product remains with the chaff. By mechanically separating it and then treating the resulting paste with a proprietary Safety Process, I am confident that we can use the resulting byproduct to manufacture hot dogs within customer specifications.
Are genuine hot dogs made any better? My understanding is like politics.
Regards
Mike
PS They taste fine - the deli mustard is healthy though
could stand to have much better quality ingredients and manufacturing processes. I'm pretty choosy about the stuff I actually buy. Still, as someone who doesn't enjoy dead animal parts in the best of circumstances, I'd accept any reasonable vegetable-rendered facsimile that's at least somewhat tasty and fit for human consumption at a public event over nothing else available. :)
