Remember when that used to mean something? If someone were a registered sex offender, they were a creepy pedophile or rapist. Now it can mean someone "sexted" their lover back when they were 16 years old, or that they got busted for public urination.

Are people still afraid of sex offenders? Maybe a few people are, but the government has given rapists so much camouflage and cover amidst nearly harmless offenders, that you might as well be afraid of Cylons.

  • Is that true locally?  [ Thu Aug 12 2010 11:03 AM ]

Or are you speaking in general terms?

  • pea plant in lung  [ Thu Aug 12 2010 11:06 AM ]

I heard that if you swallow a watermelon seed, a watermelon will grow in your stomach. I wonder if that's ever happened.

  • My dad told me that watermelon thing, too.  [ Thu Aug 12 2010 11:23 AM ]

He also told me that if I poked my belly button my legs would fall off.
