Albuquerque’s Pride Parade must be one of the best-photographed events in town. There’s no shortage of colors, costumes and full-on joy splashing around. These photos are culled from that Alibi’s Flickr photo pool, a Facebook shoutout and my very own camera.

The concert Friday night at gay pride Expo was great (muscially), but where did they get the lighting manager? He put SPOTLIGHTS on the stage, directed out to the crowd, so you couldn't see a thing. WTF? All I could see was shadows moving on the stage. Where did they get this dumbfuck? Hey dude, you light the performers from the front, not from the back. What a disaster.
