Tonight! Wolves, jazz, Saltine Ramblers, Fame

 

• Filmmaker Elke Duerr will give a presentation on Mexican Gray Wolves at The Kosmos (1715 Fifth NW) at 8 p.m. Also a live jazz performance and live auction. Read more about it in Reel World.

• CD release party and concert for local band The Saltine Ramblers. They perform with The Porter Draw and Big Sad Guy at Low Spirits Club, 2823 Second Street NW, $5, 21-and-over. Read about them here.

• Opening night of Fame at the Albuquerque Little Theatre (224 San Pasquale SW). Runs through Aug. 8. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m., Sunday performances are at 2 p.m. I wanna learn how to fly.
