Scary Spider in my Office

This is my cue to go home for the day.

This is my cue to go home for the day.

A medium-sized black widow spider had the audacity to drop into my office for an unannounced visit just moments ago. Nick Brown made it clear that she was not welcome.

That's the only way to get them before they run back into some little crack. The flames stun the spider while destroying her webby escape route. The spider then plays possum by rolling up in a little ball, so you can gently nudge her into a cup and let her go outside. Or smish her, like I did. Sorry about the flame marks on your wall, Jessica.

Thanks for taking care of my spider situation. When I deal with black widows there's a lot of squealing and shuddering involved. They truly freak me out.
