On Saturday, June 25 (aka tomorrow) I'll be interviewed on "Break the Chain," a weekly radio show about the independent restaurant scene in Albuquerque and New Mexico. The host, Ryan Scott, has warned me he also wants to talk about the local cage fighting scene.
