I think I saw this on Jackass - too bad kids emulate things they see or hear of in the Urban Jungle.
This was playtime. For the kids at the beginning.
Now it is very, very serious.
the young driver will suffer all of her natural life due to her involvement; it would do society no good to punish her further.

I think a mixed married politician in New Mexico would probably slide under the radar, but not in [fill in the blank]
Germany? Alabama? Missouri? Texas?

When the civil rights act was enacted [1964] it did not end discrimination, it merely protected some classes of people from overt expressions of descrimination in some particular areas.
