What's with the "photographers" in this town who think it's edgy to dress a girl in a skanky outfit and take photos in some gross alleyway? I can't count the times I've exited the Alibi's back door to find a chick wearing a bikini top in front of a camera. Do you people know what others do in those alleys?!?

It appears to have a ceiling. At first I thought it was a tall ledge at the top of a road underpass/overpass or the like, but on closer inspection, i have no idea. it looks to short and narrow to be one of the bike trail underpass/tunnels. Where could it be?
