We are a Albuquerque local, independent, family-owned Asian fusion bakery. At Mean Bao Bakery, we serve a unique mix of Asian and American pastries, breads and cakes. All items are baked from scratch every morning, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, locally sourced when possible including local honey, eggs, milk, flour, cheese, green chili and fresh fruit in season.
At Mean Bao Bakery, we celebrate diversity, not only in the product we produce, but in the people with which we associate.
