How Kung Fu Will Change You
Stage 1: Forge the body into a “martial arts” body by retraining reflexes, introducing alignment and coordination, and building intense strength and flexibility. Instill the foundation aspects of kung fu in order for the body to be able to move properly for techniques.
Stage 2: Drill devastating techniques into muscle memory through two person applications. Build sensitivity to be able to flow with another person and from one technique smoothly into another.
Stage 3: Put it all together by bringing the training up to a new level of intensity. Speed, fluidity, balance, and power are all integrated, all while the body is being hardened with external and internal training methods.
