What is your business philosophy?
I always believe that for a business to be successful, the most important thing is to make the customers satisfied with your products or service. "The customer is the king." Without customers, you won't have business. All my employees are trained professionally so that excellent service is guaranteed.
What is your or your company's greatest asset?
I think people are the most important asset for every business. Our employees at Buffet King are wonderful people who are attentive, hardworking and supportive.
How do you maintain your competitive edge?
First, sanitation and neatness are the two most important parts that people seek when dining out. Our restaurant is known for its cleanliness. Second, what makes us stand out is our delicious food with great variety. And of course, friendly and professional service is very important as well.
What motivates you to succeed besides the desire to make money?
I can't deny that making money is one of the most important purposes of running one’s own business. However, for me, I just want to prove to myself that I can do anything I want. Life is short, but I can choose how to make the best out of it.
What words of wisdom would you offer to someone starting their own business?
Train your employees! Work to help them function like a truly professional team. Do train them to understand what "the customer is always right" means. Work to have your customers always enjoy the best possible dining experience at your restaurant.
