National Hispanic Cultural Center 04-06-2013 WHAT: 20th Annual César Chávez Day March and Festival. Kids’ activities, food, speakers, cultural performances and a free entertainment by the B-Side Players, Ivon Ulibarri y Cafe Mocha, Barracutanga, Mariachi San Jose, Ballet Folklórico del Valley High and Philippine Dance Group. Guest of honor and keynote speaker is Dolores Huerta, co-founder of United Farm Workers. The 8th Annual “Sí Se Puede” awards will be presented to two individuals who have served the community in the spirit of César Chávez and Dolores Huerta. WHERE: National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC), 4th St. & Avenida César Chávez. March begins and ends at the NHCC. WHEN: Saturday, April 6, 2013. March: 10:30AM-NOON. Festival: NOON-3PM.
