The forecast for tomorrow is 74 degrees and sunny. That's one excuse for a little trip up north. Here's another: Metallo Gallery in Madrid is staging its second annual miniature art show. In Microscale features about 150 36-square-inch-or-smaller works by 40-plus artists. Drive up early, take the kiddies to the petting zoo in Cerrillos, have a cool one at The Mineshaft. Then mosey on over to Metallo for the opening from 4 to 8 p.m. (it’ll probably run later) for micro art, live tunes from The Iyah Band and nibbles from The Hollar.
