Guest artist Amy Morrow teaches Gaga movement. No experience necessary.

Gaga/People Workshop will meet Saturday, August 30, 1:30-2:30pm- all are welcome, no dance experience necessary! $10 drop in.

Keshet Dance Company and the Keshet Center for the Arts will be hosting guest artist Amy Morrow for a week of classes and events centered on the unique movement language of Gaga, August 25-30, 2014, supported in part by the Israeli Consulate Office in Houston, Texas.

Developed by renowned choreographer Ohad Naharin at the Batsheva Dance Company in Tel Aviv, Gaga technique has quickly grown in popularity and influence worldwide. Gaga is a new way of gaining self-knowledge and self-awareness through the body. It provides a framework for strengthening the body and increasing flexibility, stamina and agility, while engaging the senses and the imagination.
