Learn how naturally and easily essential oil flavors are used into Southeast Asian cooking. Make Chicken Adobo, Pancit Canton, Garlic Rice, Lumpia Shanghai and Filipino inspired desserts.
Join us for this special cooking class and dinner Saturday, January 14th from 5PM to 8PM at our North Valley Albuquerque Dessert & Wine Bar. We are going to make Chicken Adobo, Pancit Canton, Garlic Rice and Lumpia Shanghai, infusing unique essential oils into the food. You'll find out how naturally and easily essential oil flavors are used into Southeast Asian cooking! Once done, we'll share the output and one of our housemade Filipino inspired desserts!
Due to size constraints, this class will be limited to a maximum of 10 people. Please come wearing closed-toe shoes and bring an apron, if desired. As our shop sometimes feels cool (for the chocolates), bring a light sweater if needed.
