Pilates mat work with the Hatha Yoga method. Develop core strength through the utilization of a variety of Pilates core exercises.
This course will provide a blend of Pilates matwork with the Hatha Yoga method. Focus of the class will be on the development of core strength through the utilization of a variety of Pilates core exercise. Exercises and Hatha Yoga-based stretches are taught to encourage strengthening of the connection between the mind, the body, and the breath. This yogilates class will encourage the use of this connection developing strength from the inside out.
