Liver Life Walk

Lively Livers

Did you know over 50 million Americans suffer from autoimmune diseases? Amongst the rise in these terrible diseases in Americans, liver disease has risen exponentially. With over 100 known different varieties, 30 million Americans experience this destructive condition but it's likely more because not everyone who suffers knows the name of their condition ... Raise awareness at North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center with the American Liver Foundation this Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Liver Life Walk. The American Liver Foundation raises awareness for liver health through education, research, community involvement, patient and family advocacy and direct support of health care providers. Register 9 to 10am to walk or support participants from 10am to noon, all for free—but be sure to donate, as donations go directly into supporting patients and educational programs.
