14th Annual Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Halloween Carnival

A Real Treat

Imagine being a kid and you're not allowed to eat all the candy you just worked hard trick-or-treating to get. Events like the 14th Annual Juvenile Diabetes research Foundation Halloween Carnival are so important for including kids who might be a little different. For all the T1D families out there, this free event has snacks, toys and sugar-free treats for the kiddos. Not a kiddo? No worries, this event is all-ages. Show up at the UNM College of Pharmacy Building in costume on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 4 to 7pm. Free parking is available in the “M” lot. (Valerie Serna)
