JACKRABBIT WINS "BEST SHORT FILM" at Los Angeles Skins Festival Premiere! Join us for the exclusive local ABQ Film Screening of JACKRABBIT, Sunday, December 3, 2:00pm – 3:30 pm at the Guild Cinema.

JACKRABBIT, is a short film drama by local Native filmmaker, Jesse Littlebird.  The film is about a Native boy, who loves to run and takes solace in his instinctive running to get away from his dysfunctional alcoholic home. The boy encounters his distanced citified Uncle, and they share a timely reconnection of respect for their Native lineage, culture and language.

Filmed in Littlebird’s beloved homelands with all local New Mexico cast and crew. This local premiere of JACKRABBIT is an exclusive event for our local community prior to the film’s 2018 national/international film festival tour.

We have a great show line-up: Jackrabbit Short Film, live performances with Pueblo Elder/ Storyteller, Larry Littlebird, and soundtrack musician, AJ Woods followed by a filmmakers dialogue with Writer/Director, Jesse Littlebird. Cast and Crew in Person!

Tickets $10. Available online: https://jackrabbitfilm.brownpapertickets.com or at the door (cash only)
