 r lines\, huge towers and fences with barbed wire over the top. It is no s
 urprise that this view found its way into his images. Phil Peterson&rsquo\
 ;s work\, although essentially abstract\, has always been rife with fences
  and rows of power poles that buzzed in the night. Those shapes are still
