Prepare for a sizzling weekend of gourmet foods, sauces, spices, sweet-heat treats and rubs.

The event will take place March 1-3, 2013 at Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This year, the show will feature several cooking demonstrations and a Great Grill-Off by nationally-recognized chefs. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children 18 and under.
