A fun evening of chocolate tasting and chocolate making.
From 6:30 to 8:30 PM, our chocolatiers will walk you through the basics of fine chocolate - its qualities, its history, its varieties. Then get down and dirty to make your own truffles. We will demonstrate how to temper fine chocolate, why tempering is important, how to make basic chocolate fillings (ganache), and then you will make your own finished truffles with your own choice of decor. Joliesse will provide all necessary implements and some aprons for your use during the event. All you need to do is bring yourself. Price is per person.Perfect for a truly unique date or special event celebration, the basic chocolate workshop is limited to seven participants due to size constraints. Reservations are required.
