A fun safety fair filled with dignitaries and special guests such as the Albuquerque mayor, fire chief and police chief.
Albuquerque families will be in for a safety treat this Saturday, Sept. 28, when local Allstate agency owner, Valerie Muldez and Home Depot employees transform the Home Depot parking lot into along with Red Cross representatives and other first responders vital to the security of the Albuquerque community. The local safety authorities will come together for the fourteenth annual “Child Identification & Safety Awareness Event” to spread safety messages in an engaging, behind-the-scenes way. From contained home fire demonstrations and fire engine tours to “jaws of life” demonstrations and a mobile crime lab, families can expect wide range of experiences. The event will also offer a variety of food and entertaining activities, including face painting, rock climbing and snow cones. This event reinforces Allstate’s commitment to giving back and supporting safety in the community. Valerie Muldez partnered with Home Depot to organize the event and secure participation from local safety authorities. For the fourteenth year in a row, this event will bring local safety authorities together to foster a more safe and secure community.
