A fitness class combining bodyweight workouts, animal movement and high intensity interval training.

Beth O’Neall, M.Ed, adds play and great music to 45 minutes of a kick butt, bootcamp-style workout in which you’ll build strength and sweat buckets. Using her 13 years of experience as a Nia instructor, Beth guides students in movements from least to most intensity so that you can gain fitness safely, making this class accessible to movers of all fitness levels.
