Class teaches how to clear your mind, relax and help relieve the possibility of strain and/or injury during rehearsals and performances.
Every production, be it on stage/on camera/behind a microphone is mentally, physically and vocally challenging. This class will go through basic mental, physical and vocal warm-ups including breathing technique, yoga style movement, vocal/diction warmups and improv games to stimulate the mind.
