Dance your blues and stress away during the happiest hour of the week.
Led by certified Nia Technique instructors Anna Pentler or Mo Small, this dance fitness class will have you movin' and groovin'—and will lift your spirit in the process. The Nia Technique is an expressive, creative, energetic movement form performed barefoot to soul-stirring music. All fitness levels welcome. Experience in dance and/or Nia is not required.
