Meet at 8:30 am.

Volcanoes at the Petroglyph National Monument.  A 2 to 3 hour hike led by noted Volcanologists Larry Crumpler and Jayne Aubele of the NM Natural History Museum, New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science

DIRECTIONS TO EVENTS:

The Volcanoes Petroglyph National Monument  Drive west on I 40 to Atrisco Vista Road and turn north or right.  Drive 4.8 miles, the access road to the parking area will come up on your right.  If coming from the north, take Paseo Del Norte west until it ends and curves south.  Drive a number of miles until you get to the parking area access road.
