"Dude. You need to calm down. Take a chill pill." How many times have I heard that phrase! If only it were that easy. If only there were a real-life, natural, doesn't-get-you-hooked-or-depressed "chill pill" to pop when the anxieties of life, work, and relationships get us down. Common symptoms of stress include muscle tension, headaches, mood swings and difficulty sleeping. And while no magic, invisible pill has been invented to relieve such afflictions, nature does offer some remedies of its own. In Albuquerque Herbalism's "Managing Stress With Herbs" class, participants can learn the effects that stress has on our bodies and how to use herbs for the treatment of physical manifestations.
