Hardcore gamers and part-time button smashers unite! There's a weekend full of events to satisfy even the most persistent gaming addiction. Grab some Bawlz, your lucky controller and don't forget to put on clean socks--it's game time.

Console gaming and anime watching on Saturday, June 17, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, June 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the UNM SUB Ballroom. TVs and consoles will be provided, but it wouldn't hurt to bring a copy of your favorite game and a controller. $7 admission is good for all open gaming and tournament admissions. For PC gamers, a 36-hour LAN party will be held on the Intel grounds. Bring your PC and all your gaming equipment, but no speakers--headphones only. It's $15 if you preresigter at www.paglan.com or $20 at the door. The PC limit is 130, so sign up early to ensure a spot. Gaming starts on Friday, June 16, at 9 p.m. and continues through Sunday, June 18, at 9 a.m. There are cash and gear prizes for the tournaments at this event as well.
